Consultation
Before the consultation
You tell me your needs by phone or email, and together we assess how I can help you with nutritional therapy (duration 20 minutes). Afterwards, I will send you a short health questionnaire and a nutritional diary to complete over 5 days.

​​​Initial consultation

During the consultation, I will ask you questions about several points, without any judgment and in the strictest confidence, to understand how you function: your family medical history, your own medical history, your lifestyle habits, your preferences, and your health concerns (duration 1h10 to 1h20).
Following this consultation, I will send you a detailed program with relevant handouts/added information sheets within 72 hours, and we will take the time together, either remotely or in person (duration 30 mins), to review your rebalancing protocol.

A follow-up consultation (45 mins), approximately 4 to 8 weeks after the first, is recommended to reinforce your goals and adjust your initial protocol plan. It allows us to make the most of our work!
